He joins TriCorps Technologies after 15 years in Silicon Valley where he worked inside large enterprises and has provided strategic technology advisory services to large and small companies across the US.

Phillip is also an expert in enterprise collaboration. What first started out as the search for an answer to Why are organizations not leveraging collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, Yammer, and Slack? led to a framework for teaching his clients how to change user behaviors to “think out loud” and move conversations and content from traditional tools like email to more collaborative platforms. With his Rules, Tools, and School approach and Collaboration Feature Framework, Phillip has led multiple organizations to transform the way their employees collaborate internally.

Phillip most recently worked in a technology consulting firm where he provided strategic technology solutions in the healthcare, real estate, banking, and high technology industries.  He provided strategic solutions to the senior levels of large enterprise technology organizations. He was also a thought leader for enterprise content and collaboration solutions, sought after by the Microsoft enterprise sales organization to help with the strategic use of technologies like SharePoint and Yammer for organizations of all sizes.

Prior to that, Phillip was an IT leader at eBay Inc. when the company grew from 5,000 employees to over 20,000 employees globally. He was responsible for the creation, delivery, and support of systems across departments such human resources, legal, finance, corporate communications, facilities, product development, quality assurance, site operations, and the board of directors. At eBay, he was a technology leader in platforms such as enterprise collaboration, content management, cloud, mobile, integration, case management, and eDiscovery.  For the Corporate IT group, Phillip introduced Agile software development and was one of the primary sponsors for their Program Management Office and IT Service Management programs and processes.

Before eBay, Phillip obtained his MBA from Wharton. He worked in several startup industries such as retail apparel, outdoor goods, and high tech search. His first full time job was with Andersen Consulting where he became one of their business intelligence experts.
