Chad Noland brings nearly two decades’ worth of business analysis and project management experience to TriCorps. Chad’s consulting efforts are focused on the concepts of IT governance, business process mapping, and enterprise architecture.
Chad has spent much of his career serving as a liaison between the business customer and IT. Cultivating strong relationships with both the customer and IT development teams allows Chad to produce technology solutions in complex and volatile environments. “Active listening helps me to not only hear what has been said but, more importantly, to demonstrate what I’ve understood, thus, setting the foundation in the building of a relationship,” says Chad. His ability to engage and interact with customers within various levels of the organization enables him to specialize in the following concepts: business process mapping, requirements elicitation, data governance, and collaboration.
Prior to joining TriCorps Technologies, Chad worked for Devon Energy as a business analyst. In this role, he provided strategic collaboration and content solutions within SharePoint throughout the company. Specifically, he led the Knowledge Management collaboration efforts utilizing SharePoint’s Community Sites, engaging employees to share information and knowledge by capturing it via discussions. He also assisted in implementing an enterprise content management solution for the business units and produced custom developed team intranet sites for various departments within the organization.
Chad has also worked as a business analyst at Chesapeake Energy, where he was focused on providing custom software and integration solutions for the Production Engineering, Gas Measurement, SCADA, and Drilling departments. Working in an Agile software development environment, he was a product owner of several high profile applications/solutions ranging from custom web and mobile application development to data service and business intelligence reporting solutions.
