Jon Knisley is a consultant with TriCorps Technologies and brings a track record of successfully driving business transformation programs in digital marketing, customer experience and enterprise analytics for leading organizations. He is skilled at developing and executing go-to-market tactics, coaching early adopters and scaling programs in dynamic market environments.
Entering the workforce at the dawn of the internet revolution, Jon’s entire 20-year career has focused on helping companies leverage emerging digital technologies to increase revenue and achieve operational excellence. His experience as an advisor and practitioner spans agencies, industry and consultancies.
Prior to TriCorps, Jon commercialized an enterprise analytics platform that reduced time to analysis of complex big data challenges by 10X for Fortune 500 organizations in the retail, health and manufacturing industries. He has conducted multiple, large-scale customer experience transformation programs in both the commercial and public sectors. Jon also drove a global marketing technology assessment and enterprise data strategy for a technology company that identified $27M in annual savings from improved view-ability, segmentation and attribution.
Early in his career, Jon managed digital services for a Nobel Peace Prize-winning organization and produced a top-ranked web application that Wired described as “state of the art.”
Born and raised in New England, Jon is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned a Master’s in Technology Commercialization from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He resides in northern Virginia with his wife and two children. Depending on the season, Jon can be found most nights and weekends driving to the hockey rink or lacrosse field and reminding himself that “it’s for the kids.”
